Deposit is paid to? the owner in case of any damages or problems to be caused in the future. The deposit is refundsble but if there are any damages or overdue rent payment, it will be deducted from the deposit. In general, the tenants are responsible for the house cleaning and restoration when leaving, therefore the deduction of the deposit is usually unavoidabel. The cost of the deposit is generally two months of the rent. It is paid in the time of the contract.

4.Making no damages on wall and floor
5.Regular cleaning especially in the kitchen (oil)
